Ryan Tulon graduated valedictorian from Texas Health and Science University, obtaining a Master’s of Science in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He is board certified by the National Certification Board for Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine (NCBAHM) and is certified in Clean Needle Technique by the Council of Colleges of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (CCAOM).
After returning to his home state of Iowa, Ryan managed his own practice, RT Acupuncture, where he specialized in sports injury, headaches, allergies, and mental health. He also traveled to a monthly outreach clinic to treat patients living in rural areas. He has experience working with a wide variety of people, from high school athletes to the elderly. Ryan is drawn to acupuncture for the way it empowers patients to regain control of their health and improves overall wellness.
Ryan enjoys being involved with his local community, both professionally and personally. In Iowa, he volunteered in non-medical positions at the Cancer Support Community of Iowa & Illinois and was active in pickleball and Spanish conversation tables. He is proficient in Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. Ryan is excited to return to Texas and live near family.
